AntiRSI

AntiRSI is a program for Mac OS X that helps prevent RSI (repetitive straininjury) and other computer ralated stress. It does so by forcing you to take regular breaks, yet without getting in the way. It also detects natural breaks so it won't force too many breaks on you.

FAQ

The Micro Pause process keeps on resetting.
One cause is using an older mouse, or not a good surface for your mouse, or speakers are vibrating the mouse. All these can trigger slight mouse movements. Use a better mouse, or a better surface, or move the speakers.
A more rare cause is (older) Media Players that prevent the screensaver from blanking by pressing fake keys. AntiRSI tries to filter out such events, but can only do so much. Try quitting any media player and see if the problem persist.
I don't think the time between workbreaks is always the same.
Correct! Because AntiRSI detects natural breaks, so unless you worked non stop for an hour, the work break will start a bit later, taking any pauses into account. If you were away from the computer for longer, it might count as a Work Break, and everything resets.
